The hotel's location near the beach is unbeatable. With direct access to the beach and nearby boulders to scramble on, it's a perfect place for beach lovers. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, including a quintessential Santiago cake. the outdoor lounge furniture is an added perk to enjoy the coast view.
The rooms are a bit overpriced, and some rooms may have a noise issue as some of the rooms are adjacent to family rooms.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is right next to the beach. We enjoyed running on the beach in the morning before breakfast and watching the sunset in the late afternoon while sipping coffee on the patio. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including the traditional Santiago cake. One of the highlights was the free afternoon coffee and tea, accompanied by small pastries, which was a lovely treat.

Great location close to the beach and easy access to the city center. Loved the underground walkway to the beach and nearby cabana seafood restaurants. the beds were comfortable and the shower was great too!
The service in the hotel left a lot to be desired. the reception staff weren't helpful at all and they took forever to check us in and out.

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and we liked the fact that it was in close proximity to beautiful boulders that were perfect for us to explore and take some amazing photos. , the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They provided us with recommendations on the best nearby seafood restaurants which we loved. The hotel had a great breakfast spread with a good variety to choose from.
Our experience was tarnished by the constant noise from the busy street adjacent to the hotel. It was difficult to relax and unwind as the noise level was disturbing.
